By registering on Shubhmilan Matrimony®, you provide free, informed, specific, and unconditional consent for lawful processing of your personal data for matrimonial matchmaking, communication, customer support, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.

• Name, gender, date of birth, marital status
• Contact details including mobile number and email
• Education, profession, and location
• Photographs and horoscope details (voluntarily submitted)
• Technical information such as IP address and device data

6. Purpose Limitation

Personal data is processed strictly for legitimate matrimonial purposes and platform operations in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

7. Profile Visibility & Member Interaction

Information voluntarily shared may be viewed by other registered members. Shubhmilan Matrimony® does not guarantee the conduct or intent of any member.

8. Data Sharing & Disclosure

Shubhmilan Matrimony® does not sell or trade personal data. Data may be shared only with members, trusted service providers under confidentiality, or when required by law.

9. Data Retention

Personal data is retained while the account is active and thereafter only as required by applicable law or dispute resolution.
