1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Shubhmilan Matrimony®, a professionally managed matrimonial matchmaking service. By accessing, registering, browsing, or using this website or any related services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Eligibility & User Declaration

• You are of legal marriageable age under applicable Indian laws.
• You are unmarried, divorced, or widowed, as truthfully declared.
• All information provided by you is accurate, complete, and not misleading. Shubhmilan Matrimony staff and members have full right and authority to ask you, from time to time, if you are married. You are liable to answer and reply the the queries and related questions. When its ascertained by back office team that the answers provided to the queries are not trustworthy, Shubhmilan Matrimony has full right and authority to declare your profile as un-trustworthy and without giving further reasons shall be removed and discarded from the database, thereafter no queries shall be entertained, which please note.
• You are using the platform strictly for lawful matrimonial purposes.

3. Nature of Services

Shubhmilan Matrimony® functions solely as a facilitator for matrimonial introductions. We do not guarantee marriage, alliance finalization, compatibility, or outcomes of any nature. All decisions are taken independently by the members at their own discretion.

4. User Conduct & Obligations

• You shall not post false, misleading, obscene, abusive, or unlawful content.
• You shall not harass, solicit, threaten, or misuse any member.
• You shall not use the platform for commercial, fraudulent, or illegal activities.

5. Profile Verification & Responsibility

While reasonable verification checks may be performed, Shubhmilan Matrimony® does not guarantee the authenticity of any profile. Users are solely responsible for verifying the identity, background, and intentions of other members.

6. Paid Memberships & Fees

Certain features are available under paid subscription plans. Payment of fees does not assure responses, matches, communication, or marriage outcomes. Refunds or service extensions, if any, are governed strictly by the applicable Refund Policy.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India) and applicable information technology laws. By using the platform, you consent to such data processing as detailed in the Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

The name Shubhmilan Matrimony®, trademarks, logos, content, and platform design are protected intellectual property. Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Shubhmilan Matrimony® shall not be liable for any personal, emotional, financial, legal, or consequential losses arising from interactions between members or reliance on platform information. Use of the service is entirely at your own risk.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

Shubhmilan Matrimony® reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice for policy violations, misuse, or legal compliance. Termination does not entitle the user to any refund unless explicitly stated.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in India.

12. Amendments

Shubhmilan Matrimony® reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
