Refund / Extension Eligibility
Refund or extension shall be applicable only if the member has not contacted any profile and has not been contacted by any other member via email, WhatsApp, SMS, phone call, or online request during the active membership period.
Contact Credits and Candidate Response Related Refund Eligibility
No Refund shall be applicable for non-response by another member, the credits are already given at most subsidized rates, you have upgrade plan available during the validity of membership, by paying the difference amount you can upgrade to the membership plan and recover the cost of wasted credits. example, if you buy membership having validity of 6 months (50 credits) Price Rs. 2,500/- and if you feel that the members are not giving any response then you can upgrade to a membership having 12 months (100 credits) Price Rs. 4,200/- as validity period, by paying differential amount between these 2 services, Price Rs. 1,700/-.
No Refund After Engagement / Marriage
If the member gets engaged or married during the active membership period, no refund or extension shall be applicable, irrespective of the source of the match.
Minority Community Clause
If the member belongs to a minority community and no eligible opposite-gender profile is available on the platform during the membership period, then after end of membership duration, a full refund shall be granted after verification of database and a nomimal handling fees of Rs. 600/- shall be deducted from database type, duration bound membership ( example duration 6 months, 12 months or 3 years ).
Membership Transfer
Membership may be transferred once to a family member, friend, or colleague on payment of a transfer fee of ₹1,500/-. All unused credits shall be transferred with a maximum validity of 6 months.
